The staff here are well trained. There was a line almost to the door and the team moved quickly to fulfill orders. My friend and I ordered everything from the Jamaican and the Worth it. The Jamaican was packed with fresh hot jerk chicken, pepper jack and fresh avocado. The Worth it had a lot of nova and cream cheese packed into them. Loved the combination of flavors in both of the bagels. There were 2 cashiers taking orders. 1 person expediting to go orders and another person for the 3rd party apps. There were plenty of indoor seats. They had a window where you can observe the bagels being made as well. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other cream cheeses and sandwiches.

Utopia Bagels has officially become one of my favorite bagel spots. I tried the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and I can honestly say it's my new favorite bagel combination ever. It was perfectly toasted, warm, soft on the inside, and the strawberry cream cheese was spread in just the right amount without being overwhelming. After trying it, I genuinely think every bagel shop should have a French toast bagel as a permanent menu item because it was that good. The shop itself has a really fun atmosphere. It's clean, lively, and has a great neighborhood feel that makes you want to come back. Everything feels fresh, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. I also tried ordering delivery another time. While it arrived incredibly quickly (less than 10 minutes), it just wasn't the same experience. The bagel didn't have that fresh-out-of-the-oven warmth or texture that made me love it the first time. It was still good, but if you're deciding between delivery and visiting in person, I'd absolutely recommend stopping by the shop. The experience and freshness make all the difference. Great bagel shop with lots of options! So thankful for the vegan breakfast bagel - it's so hard to find a quick breakfast that actually has protein. The coffee cut deep into all the right places. Thank you!

This is a great bagel stop with a broad breakfast menu and plenty of vegan options. My friend and I came at peak time on a Sat 11 a.m., and while it was crowded, loud, and full of weekend energy, the line moved quickly and we got our food fast. By 12:15., the crowd had cleared. The bagels were hot and fresh, constantly being restocked and there were lots of varieties to choose from. Loved the classic NY large cream‑cheese‑to‑bagel ratio, and my made‑to‑order bacon, egg, and cheese was solid. The windowed baking area was a fun touch, and so was the free Pac‑Man arcade game. Portions are a smidge smaller than some other spots, but the quality is still great. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient, keeping everything moving despite the rush. We even managed to snag a table thanks to steady turnover. And yes — the bathrooms were clean, which is always appreciated. A lively, reliable spot if you want variety, speed, and that full NYC bagel‑shop vibe.

Utopia Bagels lives up to the hype. The bagels are perfectly chewy on the inside with a crisp outer layer, and you can tell they’re made fresh. Huge variety of spreads and sandwiches, all generously filled. Service can get busy, but it moves fast. Definitely one of the best bagel spots in the area—worth the stop every time! 🥯
